Michael Stiles – Chief Operations Officer
Michael has 20 years experience in the construction management industry. He has
13 years experience in water, fire, and odor mitigation gaining his certifications
from the Institute of inspection, cleaning and restoration. He is certified by the
National Air Duct Cleaners Association and holds the certifications of ASCS, CVI,
and VSMR. Lastly Michael is ABRA certified in Bio- Recovery and Trauma Scene Clean-up.
Bob Reese – Vice President of Large Loss/ Industrial Reconstruction
Bob Reese has over 30 years of experience in construction, including the development
of over 100 custom design homes and in commercial projects such as Home Depot, Rite
Aid, and numerous medical buildings. Commercial building managers and owners will
feel confident that Bob can take control of any large water fire or mold issues
and re-mediate and rebuild the effected structure in acceptable time period.
Laurie Cohn – Washington DC/Maryland Service Area
Laurie Cohn has been with SI Restoration for 15 years is IICRC certified in water
damage restoration, fire damage restoration and carpet cleaning. Laurie’s
expertise in servicing property management companies is shown by the long commitment
of many Maryland and Washington DC area condominiums management companies using
SI Restoration. Laurie is also an active committee member of the local Community
Management association as well. Laurie’s ability to drop what she is doing
to quickly respond to her customers needs has won her customers trust and loyalty.
Jeffrey Cohn – Maryland/Baltimore Service Area
Jeffrey Cohn has been with SI Restoration for 22 years and is IICRC certified in
water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation and carpet cleaning.
Jeffrey is also certified in trauma scene clean up, hoarding clean up through the
American Bio Recovery Association and is a national committee member for ABRA. Jeff’s
availability to be 24 hours seven days a week as an additional customer support
has attracted many clients to his side.
Mikhael Cohn – Sales Director
Mikhael Cohn graduated from Tulane University in 1991 with honors in Business Administration. In 1995 he became a Certified Restorer through ASCR (currently RIA). Mikhael is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Fire and Smoke Restoration and Certified 2001 in mold remediation. Mikhael has over 20 years experience in the structural repair and remediation industry.
Gregg Gordan – Emergency Management Director
Has experience in handling emergency situations and calls with his expertise in emergency management situations. Gregg has been with SI Restoration for a number of years and worked his way up to Emergency Management Director after hard work and dedication to the restoration industry and the high customer support that he provides.
Rick Bender – Senior Estimator
Skilled, knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated are just a few words that describe Mr. Bender. He is a one of a kind employee who takes his job seriously and does a great job in assisting and educating his clients. Mr. Bender takes every estimate with a smile and goes into each day wanting to learn something new. His knowledge and skills are impressive and if you get the chance to speak with Mr. Bender he will only amaze you.
Rob Jones – Estimator
Mr. Jones has been working in the restoration industry servicing water damage, fire restoration and mold remediation clients for numerous years and has been providing superior customer service to SI Restoration clients.
Chris Flanery – Regional Sales Manager
Mr. Flanery has been trained by the IICRC in water mitigation and mold remediation and has knowledge and estimating skills to help with any type of mold or water project to provide an accurate estimate. His primary area of expertise is in the field of mold remediation and water mitigation — with hundreds of successful projects completed under his supervision you can rest assured that he brings extensive knowledge and experience into your home or business with every project he undertakes. His customer service skills are superior to none and he prides himself on solving problems for our clients as quickly and efficiently as possible for each project under his supervision.
