Michael has 20 years experience in the construction management industry. He has 13 years experience in water, Fire, and odor mitigation gaining his certifications from the Institute of inspection, cleaning and restoration. He is certified by the National air duct cleaners association and holds the certifications of ASCS, CVI, and VSMR. Lastly Michael is ABRA certified in Bio- recovery and Trauma scene clean-up.
Bob Reese
Vice President of Large Loss/ Industrial Reconstruction
Bob Reese has over 30 years of experience in construction, including the development of over 100 custom design homes and in commercial projects such as Home Depot, Rite Aid, and numerous medical buildings. Commercial building managers and owners will feel confident that Bob can take control of any large water fire or mold issues and re-mediate and rebuild the effected structure in acceptable time period.
Josh Rafter
Director Emergency Services
Josh Rafter has over 10 years experience in the water damage, fire damage, mold remediation industry. He has all basic IICRC certifications including his Advanced Structural Drying designation. Josh's most notable achievements have been working internationally drying large loss situations ranging from mud slides in Seattle to drying multi million square feet buildings from hurricanes, floods, sprinkler head busts and pipe bursts and breaks.
Laurie Cohn
Maryland/Washington Service
Laurie Cohn has been with SI Restoration for 15 years is IICRC certified in water damage restoration, fire damage restoration and carpet cleaning. Laurie's expertise in servicing property management companies is shown by the long commitment of many Maryland and Washington DC area condominiums management companies using SI Restoration. Laurie is also an active committee member of the local Community Management association as well. Laurei's ability to drop what she is doing to quickly respond to her customers needs has won her customers trust and loyalty.
Jeffrey Cohn
Maryland/Baltimore Service
Jeffrey Cohn has been with SI Restoration for 22 years and is IICRC certified in water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation and carpet cleaning. Jeffrey is also certified in trauma scene clean up, hoarding clean up through the American Bio Recovery Association and is a national committee member for ABRA. Jeff's availability to be 24 hours seven days a week as an additional customer support has attracted many clients to his side.
Mikhael Cohn

Mikhael Cohn graduated from Tulane University in 1991 with honors in Business Administration. In 1995 he became a Certified Restorer through ASCR (currently RIA). Mikhael is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Fire and Smoke Restoration and Certified 2001 in mold remediation. Mikhael has over 20 years experience in the structural repair and remediation industry.
Jon Shubin
Sales Director/Branch Manager
Jon Shubin has over 10 years in the residential/commercial restoration industry. His specialties include water damage, fire damage, mold remediation. Jon’s honorable experiences include large drying projects for multi- million dollar casinos and international resorts. He is IICRC certified. Currently, Jon is serving as the Sales and Marketing Director/Branch Manager for SI restoration for the Philadelphia office.
